After several years of practice in architecture, Elīna Dobele decided to turn to footwear design. Her vision about creating the first shoe concept brand in the Baltic countries was born in 2009.
Soon after, in 2010 she launched her namesake brand ELĪNA DOBELE along with the shoe design and production atelier based in Riga, Latvia. When designing her collections, Elīna applies her architectural experience assuming shoes as small houses for the feet. Her made to measure approach united with the craftsmanship of the atelier’s artisans is fundamental for her structural yet poetical designs, characterized by pure forms, transformable constructions, thought-out use of highest quality natural materials.
All shoes and accessories are unique as designed and made by hand with love in ELĪNA DOBELE atelier.
