Melissa Feldman

Melissa Feldman is a design writer, media consultant and content strategist who lives and works in New York City. Trained in graphic design, Melissa graduated with a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, working for corporations, publishing companies and art institutions including The Museum of Modern Art, The New York City Transit Authority, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. In 1999 she was hired as product editor at Interiors and went on to become style editor at House & Garden Magazine. In 2007 Melissa launched Stroll Productions, a media production company providing content, research, writing, production and consulting for online and print publications highlighting art, design and architecture including Dwell, Architectural Digest, AD France, Galerie, House Beautiful, 1st Dibs, Architects Newspaper, Contract, Cultured, T: The New York Times Style Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Alexa, and the New York Post. Since 2011, Feldman has been editor of a series of books published by the International Interior Design Association titled What Clients Want, which profile the strategic relationships that develop between clients and interior designers.
