Rich Hollant, AIGA national board member and co-chair of the Design for Democracy committee, is the principal of CO:LAB, a firm working on empowering communities through equity. You can find him in publications with topics ranging from identity design to research processes for social impact. His work on diversity and inclusion is in the permanent collection of the Library of Congress. Rich has been featured in Communication Arts, GDUSA's "People to Watch", and Fast Company’s top 11 designers working on social value. He’s a Commissioner of Cultural Affairs in Hartford, CT.
